A Day in the Life of a CBE Truck Driver

You’ll be responsible for operating CBE vehicles (up to 3-ton trucks) to transport furniture, supplies, and equipment between schools and administrative sites. Your day could include:

• Driving across the city to deliver essential materials
• Organizing and securing loads for safety and efficiency
• Minor assembly/disassembly of furniture
• Working closely with a team and navigating school sites
• Staying safe and following all transport and safety regulations

You may also assist in operating forklifts, lifting heavy items, and occasionally helping out in other departments.

Do You Have What It Takes?

We’re looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals with:

• A Class 5 driver’s license
• A clean driver’s abstract
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Physical fitness to handle materials and furniture
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Willingness to obtain air brake endorsement, forklift certification, and WHMIS/TDG training

Bonus if you already have WHMIS or forklift experience!
